Mental Wellness Zone: Movement Breaks

Held as part of the Mental Wellness Zone, proudly presented by The Co-operators, these movement breaks are designed to get you up and moving from your computer during the virtual event! Physical activity plays a role in your mental health – so join us at the three movement breaks below to increase your energy levels and decrease your stress!

Oh, and did we mention that three lucky students will have the opportunity to walk away with one of three participation incentives, including: one annual subscription to the Calm App or a virtual fitness subscription for you and your entire team!
